Chemotion
“Chemotion ELN” was developed as part of NFDI4Chem specifically to meet the needs of chemistry and related disciplines. It supports the entire data lifecycle, from experiment planning and documentation to publication and data reuse. It enables the collection, management, storage, processing, and sharing of research data and offers the following features, among others:
- Experiment planning using integrated structure editors
- Reading and generating chemical identifiers and retrieving information from databases (e.g., SciFinder)
- Automated collection, processing, analysis, and visualization of measurement data
- File format conversion and metadata mapping for data enrichment
- Connection to multiple data repositories (including the Chemotion Repository) for the publication of research data
Chemotion ELN is currently hosted by the Computer Operations Group of the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy.
