Humanities and Cultural Studies

Structured research data management is playing an increasingly important role in the humanities and cultural studies. Research data in this field can take many forms, from texts and images to archaeological finds and survey data. The heterogeneity of the data poses particular challenges. The humanities and cultural studies faculties at LMU Munich offer subject-specific information and services with a particular focus on the Digital Humanities.
